I. Product Overview

The RXR-C360D-3 omnidirectional robot is a small inspection robot with a compact size and a flat shape. It is mainly used for inspection operations in narrow and low spaces, and can also be expanded to load various sensor modules for detecting the target area.

 

The driving wheels of the robot adopt the Mecanum wheel structure design, which endows it with the ability to move horizontally at any direction and angle. It is flexible in movement and convenient to operate. The robot is equipped with a dual-channel video system for driving and inspection, and has the function of real-time image transmission. At the same time, the forward obstacle avoidance radar can prevent the robot from hitting obstacles, improving the safety of use.

 

The body of the robot is equipped with a gas sensing module, which can analyze methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gases at one time.

 

The controller is small, lightweight, and highly integrated, with functions of robot control and image acquisition. It is a rare full-featured professional inspection robot for narrow and low spaces in the current market.

1. Multi-gas Detection
   • The omnidirectional robot is equipped with high-sensitive gas sensors, which can detect the concentrations of 4 kinds of gases and monitor the on-site gas environment in real time.
2. Multi-channel Video Detection
   • There are two cameras, which are convenient for movement and observation.
   • The front camera can observe the front scene, and the top camera can observe the upper scene.
3. Multi-channel Lighting System
   • There are 2 lighting lamps at the front of the vehicle body, and a circular lighting composed of 8 LED lamps on the top, which can be used for lighting and fill light.
4. Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance Radar
   • The front is equipped with an obstacle avoidance radar, which can be turned on or off. The obstacle avoidance function is triggered at a distance of 0.5m to effectively prevent collisions.
