General:
GCG1000 Aerosol concentration sensor can calculate the relative mass concentration of dust with the aerosol testing technology. Then through the preset parameter values, it can calculate the mass concentration of dust. Finally through the LCD, it is converted into a frequency signal or a current signal output.
The sensors can display the coal mine dust concentration continually and real time while 200-1000HZ frequency signal output compatible with the coal mine monitoring systems and 4-20mA current signal for mine monitoring system or other systems. Dust concentration through preset threshold warning point of dust concentration, it immediately outputs a warning signal to alert staff to promptly activate the corresponding dust measures when dust concentration reaches the value measured.
