1, Product Overview
The power part of the RXR-Q220D crawler drainage robot is composed of several components such as an engine, a transfer case, a hydraulic pump, and a hydraulic clutch. Among them, the main function of the hydraulic clutch is to prevent the water pump from rotating passively when it is not outputting, thereby causing fatigue damage to the water pump. As an auxiliary power source, the hydraulic pump mainly supplies oil to the traveling hydraulic motor. In addition, it also provides power for switching the vacuum valve of the self-priming pump. When the water pump starts to work, the vacuum inside the pump body is achieved through the switching of the hydraulic valve to achieve the purpose of self-priming.

It is equipped with a vacuum assistance system. The vacuum pump is an oil-free vacuum pump and does not require water or oil lubrication. When starting up, the self-priming pump and the vacuum pump operate simultaneously. The vacuum pump has an automatic start-stop function. After the self-priming pump discharges water, the vacuum pump will automatically stop. When the negative pressure in the inlet pipeline of the self-priming pump is low, the vacuum pump will automatically start. This overcomes the drawback of the previously used vacuum-assisted self-priming pumps in the market, where the vacuum pump always works simultaneously with the self-priming pump. This drawback is likely to cause the vacuum pump to be flooded with water and damaged due to fatigue operation.

The pump body is equipped with a maintenance port, a water drain port, and a sewage drain port. When the impeller is loose or stuck, it can be locked and impurities can be removed without disassembling the pump. The diameter of the maintenance port ≥150mm.
