FGR-F/A Firefighter's Thermal Insulation Protective Suit    

 

I. Product Overview

This garment is composed of aluminum foil high-temperature resistant heat-insulating fabric, flame-retardant heat-insulating layer and comfort layer, and has the properties of abrasion resistance, heat insulation, and resistance to radiant heat. The base fabric does not contain asbestos or glass fibers, and has the advantages of light weight, high-temperature resistance, fold resistance, and being non-toxic to the human body. It can effectively ensure that firefighters and workers in high-temperature operations are not burned by flames and high temperatures. It is an ideal protective garment for firefighters to carry out rescue operations at fire scenes and high-temperature accident sites.

 

II. Product Features

1. Structural Characteristics: The structure is a split type.
2. Garment Composition: The complete set of firefighters' heat-insulating protective clothing includes a heat-insulating upper garment, lower heat-insulating overalls with suspenders, a heat-insulating hood, three-finger heat-insulating protective gloves, and heat-insulating protective leg covers.

  

III. Main Technical Indicators

 

Flame-retardant performance of the outer layer: The damaged length ≤ 100mm, and the afterflame time ≤ 4s.
Tensile strength performance of the outer layer: The warp direction ≥ 6200N, and the weft direction ≥ 3700N.
Tearing strength performance of the outer layer: The warp direction ≥ 3.3×10²N, and the weft direction ≥ 3.1×10²N.
Thermal stability performance of the outer layer: After the thermal stability performance test, the dimensional change rate in both warp and weft directions ≤ 1%, and there are no phenomena such as discoloration, carbonization, melting and dripping of the sample.
Hydrostatic pressure resistance performance: ≥ 18.0KPa (no water droplets seep out).
Dexterity performance of heat-insulating gloves: Not lower than the level 3 requirements specified in GA7-2004. The diameter of the smallest test rod picked up under the test conditions is 6.5mm. Performance level is 4.
High-temperature resistance performance of the heat-insulating hood: After being exposed to a high temperature of 180°C for 5 minutes, there are no phenomena such as carbonization, melting and dripping of the heat-insulating hood.
Flame-retardant performance of the heat-insulating layer: The damaged length in both warp and weft directions ≤ 100mm, the afterflame time ≤ 2 seconds, and there are no phenomena of melting and dripping.
Thermal stability performance of the heat-insulating layer: The dimensional change rate in both warp and weft directions ≤ 1%, and there are no phenomena such as discoloration, carbonization, melting and dripping of the sample.
Flame-retardant performance of the comfort layer: The damaged length in the warp direction ≤ 92mm, the damaged length in the weft direction ≤ 76mm, and the afterflame time in both warp and weft directions ≤ 2s.
Tensile strength of the comfort layer: The warp direction ≥ 340N, and the weft direction ≥ 300N.
High-temperature resistance performance of the sewing thread: After the sewing thread is exposed to a high temperature of 260°C for 5 minutes, there are no phenomena such as carbonization, melting and dripping.
High-temperature resistance performance of the rigid accessories: After the rigid accessories are exposed to a high temperature of 260°C for 5 minutes, they can maintain their original functions.
Overall flame and radiant heat protection performance: TPP = 45.3
Overall seam tensile strength: ≥ 890N
Overall stitch density: For plain and topstitch: 9 stitches/3cm. For overlock stitch: 9 stitches/3cm.
