Hydraulic system
- hydraulic system should be able to provide the 1500-200psi / 105-200bar under the pressure of the flow rate of 7-9gpm / 26-34lpm hydraulic oil source. Recommended system safety valve set at 145-155bar / 2100-2250psi.
- tool in the oil outlet measurement should be no more than 17bar / 250psi backpressure. The hydraulic oil used in the lowest work temperature of maximum viscosity should be no more than 82cs / 400ssu.
- hydraulic system should be at least 25 micron full flow filter. Recommended oil filter in the maximum carrying capacity and low temperature start with 75-113lpm / 20-30gpm oil quantity.
- hydraulic oil viscosity in the range of the minimum and maximum temperature should be reached 20-82cs / 100-400ssu. Petroleum based antiwear hydraulic oil hydraulic oil ( viscosity index is more than 140 ) to meet the basic requirements.
