I. Product Overview

The RXR-Q280D integrated flood drainage and demolition robot (wheel-track composite) is powered by a diesel engine and driven by a hydraulic system. It can be operated via remote wireless control, wired control, or on-board operation. The integrated flood drainage and demolition robot (wheel-track composite) can be used for flood drainage and rescue operations in urban garages, subway stations, tunnels, culverts, narrow urban roads, and other environments. When urban floods occur, causing serious water accumulation in underground garages, subways, tunnels, etc., the integrated flood drainage and demolition robot (wheel-track composite) can achieve rapid flood drainage and rescue. This product has functions such as water drainage, audio and video reconnaissance, underwater electric leakage detection, and disaster area environment reconnaissance. The tracks can be quickly disassembled and assembled to meet different usage environments and road conditions. The accompanying water hose cart of this product can simultaneously rewind 2 reels of DN200 large-diameter water hoses. The water pump equipped with the robot has large-diameter ports for functions such as sewage discharge, water release, and maintenance.

III. Product Features

  1. System Advantages:
    It can operate on the water surface, with simple remote control operation. It has a large drainage flow (900 cubic meters per hour), a long drainage distance, and a long continuous working time. It can be quickly deployed in place, saving a large amount of manpower and material resources. It can also adapt to various environments and complex terrains, greatly improving the safety factor of rescue workers during operations and reducing their labor intensity.
  2. Amphibious Capability:
    Amphibious. It adopts a 6×6 wheeled + tracked chassis, which is hydraulically driven and amphibious, and can travel on all terrains. It can float and move on the water surface, suitable for a variety of rescue scenarios. It has a dual-purpose tire + track chassis (the tracks can be quickly disassembled and assembled).

    Redundant communication; it can be connected to the robot networked cloud platform; two-way voice call. There is a water immersion sensor in the vehicle. After detecting water, 4 drainage pumps will start working simultaneously for drainage.
  7. Cloud Platform:
    The equipment cloud management platform can remotely monitor equipment information, gas and video information, conduct statistical analysis, automatically verify the validity period of the equipment, and automatically remind of expired equipment information statistics, providing comprehensive management and application to ensure the timeliness of the equipment.

    It is equipped with a water area electric leakage detector (which can detect the electric leakage of 120/240-volt lines more than 3 meters away and send out audible and visual alarm information prompts) and a water area depth detector, which can detect and feedback the water area depth.
