The hydraulic cutter spreader is an efficient hydraulic demolition tool designed based on human mechanics. After the demolition tool undergoes a strength test at 1.5 times the rated operating pressure, there should be no persistent hydraulic oil leakage, visible permanent deformation, fracture, or mechanical damage.
After the sealing test, the maximum displacement is 1mm.
After the tests at a high temperature of 55ºC and a low temperature of -30ºC, it can work normally without leakage or abnormal phenomena.
After the vibration test, the operation is normal without abnormal phenomena.
The manual directional valve of the demolition tool has the function of automatically returning to the neutral position. During the operation process, when the manual control directional valve returns to the neutral position, the demolition tool stops operating within 2s. When it operates again, the demolition tool does not move in the reverse direction.
During the operation process, if the power supply is interrupted, the cutter spreader has a self-locking performance, and its maximum displacement should be 1.4mm.
After the reliability test, the operation should be normal without leakage or abnormal phenomena. There should be no curling or chipping of the cutting edges of the cutter spreader.
