Individual soldier radar system could be deployed very quickly. It can detect and locate personnel ,vehicles and other motion target  within the designated area. It can also be used for monitoring of ports, border and other important areas. After a tsunami or earthquake, it can be deployed quickly on ship or land-based or to search on the ground after a disaster. According to user requirements, a wider range of the radar network can satisfy larger area monitoring.
